Thanks to congress passing the extension on the analog shutdown I am wondering what might happen to the meager amount of DTV stations in Wyoming. Are they still going ahead with February 17 or are they too falling victim to the waiting game?
My guess is that the PBS stations will switch early in 8 days, but the higher power stations, like KGWC or KTWO will not go dark until June.
Ugh, I hate waiting. I want to start DXing DTV now!

This whole switchover delay has confused people even more than before, especially as all the UT stations except PBS are going all digital on the originally planned date anyway!
Over here in WY, I know Wyoming PBS is definitely switching next week and that some Cheyenne/Casper stations (ABC & CBS) are already broadcasting digitally. I'll try to find out about the others too.

PBS has been digital for quite awhile. Its the only station I could get in digital in Green River. That was it's translator k22bk in digital. The PBS translator in Kemmerer is likely already digital and I'm sure its the same in Evanston and likely all over Wyoming. Like I said on the other topic, KGWR-DT is (should be) on air on channel 13.
