For those who care, the translator from Rock Springs on 88.7 (K204EC) has moved to 88.9 (and it's antenna went with it) and is now known as K205FE. This was done to give KZUW (88.5) proper spacing.
The new tower is on Wilkins Peak at only 33' which would make me think its probably strapped to KYCS's tower. That would make 6 total FM stations broadcasting from Wilkins Peak...
